| Specialty Courses Dive course and Description | Price | Deep Diver Specialty: This course is designed to be an introduction to deep diving and to help the student diver develop the necessary skills, knowledge and techniques to safely participate in deep diving activities. Course Overview: Planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazard of deep diving Risk factors and decompression-table review Safety stops and emergency decompression procedures Special equipment, descent lines and buoyancy-control considerations Orientation to recompression chambers
The goals of PADI Deep Diver training are: To develop the student's theoretical knowledge of deep diving. To enable the student to plan, organise and make no-decompression dives between the depths of 18 to 40 metres.
Course Duration Independent study and completion of knowledge reviews 4 open water dives (The Deep Dive from the PADI Adventures in Diving program may be counted toward Dive 1 of this speciality at the discretion of the instructor)
Pre-requisites You must be certified as a PADI Adventure Diver (or have a qualifying certification from another training organisation similar to that of a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver) Complete a medical statement form

The goals of PADI Dry Suit training are:
To develop the student's knowledge of dry suits - when to use dry suits, types of dry suits available, dry suit accessories, their maintenance, and how to make minor repairs To develop the student's ability to perform the skills needed, or that may be needed, when diving in a dry suit To enable the student diver to plan, organise and conduct dives using a dry suit

Providing oxygen to an injured diver can make a huge difference in that diver's chances of recovery. Learning how to provide oxygen is easy and the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider program is the perfect way for a diver to learn how and when to provide oxygen to someone suffering a medical emergency, particularly a diving emergency. Course Overview: Recognise the signs and symptoms of a diver injury. Know the benifits of providing oxygent to injured divers. Know the potential hazards of working with oxygen. Know the components found in a oxygen unit. Scenario Practice: Demonstrate the use of each mask option for a breathing and non-breathing diver. Course Duration:

| £85.00 | Enriched Air Specialty: This course is designed to be an introduction to qualify recreational divers to use enriched air ("nitrox") for no stop recreational diving. The program addresses the use of enriched air with 22 percent to 40 percent oxygen, with the emphasis on enriched air with 32 and 36 percent oxygen. Course Duration: Independent study and completion of knowledge reviews Knowledge development assessment and practical application session Pre-requisites: Your must be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver* (or have a qualifying certification from another training organisation.) * Open Water Diver course students who have completed Open Water Dives 1, 2 & 3 may complete Enriched Air Training Dive 1 combined with Open Water Dive 4. You not only learn how to take good photos, but how to share them with your friends via email or printing, optimizing your work with your computer, storage and more. The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer certifications credits toward the Master Scuba Diver rating.

The goals of PADI Wreck Diver Speciality training are:
To be able to demonstrate practical wreck diving knowledge, including recognizing and avoiding potential hazards, and planning procedures that make wreck diving fun Be able to explain the historical value of wrecks, social and legal issues surrounding that value and describe some of wreck diving's implications, including the pros and cons of removing artefacts from wrecks Be able to plan and organise dives to safely explore wrecks found within depths and conditions as good as or better than those the student has been trained in To be able to identify the hazards of wreck penetration diving and demonstrate the techniques and procedures required to minimise those hazards
